Guidance on Security Plan Development for Tenant Companies in Restricted Areas
In accordance with Articles 3 to 6 of the Aviation Security Act, airport tenant companies (individuals or corporations that have signed a facility use contracts with the airport operator to conduct business at the airport) must develop their own internal security plans and obtain approval from the competent Regional Office of Aviation*.
